  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened bundle or box with all tags attached to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
